Sales Representative - Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated sales professional with a background in Hospice or Home Health Sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company.

We offer highly competitive base salary and lucrative bonus opportunities. We are currently hiring for both Home Health and Hospice Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for dynamic sales and marketing professionals who are passionate about their work.
• Your main responsibility will be promoting our unique programs and services within the Hospice or Home Health sector.
• You will be tasked with establishing, developing, and nurturing relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners who either currently refer, or have the potential to refer, clients to our hospice services.

Qualifications:

• We prefer candidates who have local connections and established referral sources in our target area.
• You must have a proven track record of successfully promoting Hospice and/or Home Health services, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• You should possess the ability to build and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Experience with Contact Management software is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a must.
• We require a stable work history, and verifiable performance in previous sales roles.

Experience:

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2 years (REQUIRED)
