We are assisting a reputable manufacturing company in the recruitment of new Manufacturing Recruiters to handle salaried hiring for various roles in engineering, operations, accounting, and leadership. These roles are based in Naperville, IL and are ideal for recruiters who thrive in collaborative partnerships with hiring managers within a corporate recruiting environment.

This position offers flexibility in terms of career progression, potentially expanding to include broader technical or multi-site recruiting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for salaried manufacturing and engineering positions

• Work closely with hiring managers on recruitment strategies, role specifications, and talent acquisition

• Source, assess, and interview candidates through various methods like direct sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and referrals

• Establish and nurture talent pipelines for critical salaried positions

• Monitor recruitment activities and contribute to enhancing processes

• Support employer branding efforts, recruitment events, and outreach campaigns

• Ensure consistent, high-quality experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting salaried staff within a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Track record of recruiting engineers, operations professionals, accountants, and managers

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate setting

• Strong sourcing abilities and proficiency in applicant tracking systems

• Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects within a team-based, onsite setting

Preferred

• Previous experience in engineering or technical recruiting

• Exposure to multi-site or global recruitment environments

• Proficiency in Spanish or experience in recruiting within Mexico

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: around $95,000–$120,000 depending on experience

• Eligibility for quarterly incentives
