Manager , Operations & Compliance [ NYC]

A dynamic, Global - Artificial Intelligence US headquartered private operating foundation 501[c][3] seeking a Manager, Operations & Compliance .

Oversee the process for MOUs, agreements & collaborations for International initiatives .

Take charge of the full agreement cycle management : initial assessment , routing for necessary reviews [ grant compliance advisor, external legal counsel] .

Implement daily compliance policy adherence .

Act as the primary point of contact for in-country compliance and reporting for International program entities .

Coordinate intellectual property tasks such as trademark applications , ownership structures and safeguards for exclusive AI tools & program produced data .

Requirements

Knowledge of a 501[c][3] operating globally

5-12 years of experience in operations , compliance or non-profit working with International entities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Google Workspace

Experience with project management or workflow tools [ Aana,Monday.com , Smartsheet,etc. ]

Use of compliance monitoring systems
