We are looking for a meticulous Geospatial CAD Technician to join our engineering team at our Phoenix location. This position is full-time and involves supporting land surveying and civil engineering projects by creating advanced drafting, processing data, and producing mapping materials.

Responsibilities:

• Create various plans and maps for infrastructure projects.
• Analyze survey data, perform research, and compile site-specific information.
• Utilize PLSS data, title commitments, easements, and other standards in project work.
• Produce high-quality deliverables using specific software.
• Work closely with surveyors, engineers, and project teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of survey drafting experience.
• LSIT certification is a plus.
• Associate degree in Land Surveying or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in MicroStation and related software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Clear communication skills.
