The Superintendent will oversee daily operations on site, managing project staff and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met within set timeframes and budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent on Commercial projects ranging from $10-30 million.
• Preferred experience in School construction, specifically K-12 and University projects.
• Local candidates in Memphis with knowledge of local codes and strong relationships with subcontractors are preferred.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction or Business Management is preferred (not mandatory).
• At least 3 years of experience in Educational projects, including K-12 and Higher Education.
• Over 10 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, specializing in ground-up and new construction.
