LOCATION DETAILS
This role is situated at a cutting-edge manufacturing plant in Rochester, NH.
YOUR ROLE
The Lead Supply Planner collaborates with various departments, primarily Operations, to synchronize priorities, meet deadlines, and provide valuable insights to senior management. This position allows for significant input into strategic decisions that impact the overall supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment of supply chain timelines with customer expectations and contractual obligations.
- Optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) signals to facilitate smooth production and inventory management.
- Collaborate with Operations to address issues and maintain production schedules.
- Monitor performance metrics and mitigate delivery risks.
- Manage end-of-life inventory and new product introductions independently.
- Utilize data analytics to provide valuable insights and training to the Planning team.
- Serve as a key decision-maker within the Planning department and drive process improvements.
- Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP and maintain 5S Standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ISO standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of global Supply Chain experience in manufacturing.
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management.
- APIC certification preferred.
- Proficient in Oracle EBS and ASCP.
- Experience in Agile environments and Microsoft Office applications.
- Reside within a reasonable commute to Rochester, NH.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Work Environment:
- Desk work involving computer use and repetitive tasks.
- Physical requirements include lifting and moving files, and wearing PPE as necessary.
- Compliance with EH&S and security protocols.
