Our client is in need of an experienced 3rd Shift Process Technician. The role is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machines and processes, maintaining consistent performance standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for machine startup procedures.

· Initial response to any machine or equipment alarms.

· Optimizing machine and robot performance.

· Identifying and resolving equipment issues.

· Alerting Production Supervisor of any critical issues.

· Accurate completion of documentation and reports.

· Responsibility for die change activities.

· Maintaining equipment appearances and conditions.

· Care and proper handling of equipment.

· Contribution to process improvements.

· Compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

· Extensive experience in plastic injection molding.

· Proficient in equipment setup, troubleshooting, and modern controls.
