Sales Support Representative
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a leading company in the field of biotechnology and cellular therapy. This role involves sales and support via phone, focusing on lead generation, customer follow-up, CRM management, and assisting customers with technical life science products.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on sales interactions, customer dialogues, and thrive in a dynamic medical technology or biotech setting.
Job Duties:
- Initiate outbound calls to assess leads and present products
- Follow up with potential customers, clients, and active accounts
- Maintain records of calls, notes, and future actions in the CRM platform
- Address basic product inquiries and facilitate the sales process
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating complex matters as necessary
- Convey information clearly via phone and email to customers and internal teams
- Stay organized while juggling multiple follow-ups and tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or business development
- Knowledge of biotech, medical device, pharmaceutical, software, or technical sales is a plus
- Background in biology, chemistry, life sciences, or a related discipline is preferred
- Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication abilities
- Detail-oriented, efficient, responsive, and open to feedback
- Positive mindset, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn about technical products
