QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Partner/Principal, Senior Manager, or Director who desires to be a Principal with the necessary skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to lead
• Familiarity with various accounting software
• Strong time management abilities and collaboration skills
• CPA or law degree necessary
• Proven track record in developing practices

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all engagements, staffing, and workflow within the group. Review and approve all work before client submission
• Demonstrate high technical and professional competence. Analyze financial data and make informed decisions
• Maintain open communication with the firm and ensure effective client service and staff utilization
• Supervise all staff in the group, including performance reviews
• Prepare client invoices and oversee receivables
• Develop policies to enhance productivity and fees without compromising morale
• Ability to travel to client locations and conduct work as needed
• Follow firm procedures and policies
• Build and strengthen client relationships, and seek new opportunities
• Participate in marketing and business development activities
• Know the firm's history and services

BENEFITS WE OFFER:

• Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000/year salary
