About the Position
We are seeking a Finance Manager who thrives on being a strategic business partner. In this newly established role, you will collaborate closely with the CFO to transform financial data into actionable insights and offer guidance on decision-making throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as supporting financial close, risk management, and compliance. This role requires a combination of accounting expertise, analytical skills, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as supporting financial close, risk management, and compliance. This role requires a combination of accounting expertise, analytical skills, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
Monthly Tasks:
Week #1 – Conduct financial close, prepare reports, make journal entries, and generate standard accounting reports.
Week #2 – Address all inquiries related to month-end close, calculate commissions, assess clients' business risks and opportunities, conduct customer analysis, and identify strategies for business growth.
Week #3 & #4 – Engage in various projects utilizing Power BI for business analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Preferred MBA or Master's in Accounting. CPA certification is a bonus.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, data analytics, and dashboard creation.
- Extensive experience with Power BI is essential.
- Experience in month-end close, reconciliations, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Skills in FPA analytics, modeling, and reporting. Ability to simplify complex data into clear written and narrative formats.
- Ability to influence others through data and analysis.
- Background in audits, controls, and compliance.
- ERP experience is a plus. Familiarity with Accumatic ERP software.
