Salary Compensation: $42.00-$56.00 per hour | $87,000-$116,500 annually (Salary commensurate with experience.)

Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned quality professional to manage proactive quality planning for new projects and reactive resolution of field performance issues. This role involves overseeing the entire warranty claim process, analyzing field failure trends, leading risk assessments, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warranty claim lifecycle and conduct root cause investigations.
- Identify areas for product and process improvements based on field failure trends.
- Lead risk assessments for projects using historical data.
- Develop quality plans, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Facilitate problem-solving activities using structured methodologies.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and field service teams.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement product enhancements.
- Support failure analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with failure analysis tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
The role requires regular sitting, computer use, and communication, with occasional physical tasks such as walking and lifting up to 25 pounds.
