Maintenance Technician Support
Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician Support on the second shift in Auburn, IN. The ideal candidate will handle both major and minor repairs on plant equipment to ensure smooth operations. If you have a knack for mechanics and some experience with electrical work, and you thrive in a clean plant setting, this position is worth considering.
Responsibilities:
Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshoot PLC, sensors, and PID loops.
Interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical prints accurately.
Build jigs and fixtures for production operations.

Key Duties:
Maintain machinery, equipment, and building components following manufacturers’ guidelines.
Participate in Emergency Response Team activities and handle chemical cleanup with appropriate PPE.
Install and upkeep feeder and branch circuit wiring systems, adhering to electrical codes and practices.
Monitor and service plant equipment like air conditioning systems, chillers, boilers, and more.
Maintain machinery, equipment, and building components following manufacturers’ guidelines.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing or distribution
High school diploma, GED, or Journeyman Card
Familiarity with high voltages and working around moving machinery
Strong reading comprehension and verbal communication skills in English
Able to lift 60 lbs. and work at heights
Detail-oriented with good math skills
Passing drug screening and background check
