THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY

Spearheading all on-site operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations while meeting quality, schedule, and safety objectives.

· Fostering a team culture to empower foremen and operators for success

· Supervising multiple foremen / lead men across various projects, equipping them with necessary support and resources.

o Participation in client meetings

o Attendance at pre-construction meetings

o Collaboration with Project Engineer to ensure timely material approvals and delivery

o Coordination with Project Engineer for accurate layout prior to project start

o Scheduling equipment deliveries

o Arranging meetings with engineers and stakeholders

o Conducting erosion control inspections for regulatory compliance

o Communicating project scope, specifics, and timelines with foremen

o Undertaking random onsite inspections

o Overseeing production requirements aligned with project schedules

o Assisting in onboarding and training new team members

o Participating in recruitment and selection processes for new hires

o Contributing to safety meetings and protocols

o Transmitting project billing details for prompt invoicing

o Submitting project timesheets for payroll processing

o Maintaining project documentation including fuel logs, load counts, work hours, change orders, and material lists

o Coordinating acquisition and delivery of construction materials

· Maintaining MSHA compliance throughout projects

o Ensuring MSHA binder on-site meets compliance standards

o Verifying foremen / lead men maintain up-to-date and organized MSHA paperwork

o Conducting periodic inspections on vehicles, equipment, and project sites

o Completing mandatory MSHA training sessions

o Maintaining expense reports, credit card receipts, all coded correctly and submitted weekly

o Adhering to professional appearance standards at all times

o Managing upkeep of company-assigned vehicle

o Safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment in compliance with regulations and policies

o Ensuring secure storage of heavy equipment when not in use

o Contributing to routine maintenance activities as necessary
