Schedule: 1st shift. Mon – Fri. 7:30am-4:30pm

The primary role of a phlebotomist involves assisting with various assigned tasks, troubleshooting, training, and providing workflow suggestions.
Responsibilities: Proficient in blood extraction, specimen labeling, centrifugation, data recording, decontamination, patient information updates, and more. Ensures proper collection and storage of specimens following established guidelines. Demonstrates clear and polite explanations of venipuncture and specimen collection processes. Adheres to all physician orders and laboratory procedures. Maintains accurate labeling, centrifuging, and packaging of specimens for transportation. Complies with OSHA and DEP regulations. Participates in departmental training sessions and communicates effectively with inquiries.
Minimum Requirements: Valid Phlebotomy certification for relevant state. Six months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced medical setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year professional experience
