Job Summary

Primary Duties
• Conduct clinical tasks like phlebotomy, vital signs monitoring, and rapid point-of-care tests.
• Manage front-desk duties such as patient reception, scheduling, insurance verification, and referrals.
• Offer support for back-office tasks to ensure clinic efficiency and organization.
• Participate in rotational assignments to gain broad expertise in clinical, testing, and administrative domains.
• Engage positively with patients from diverse backgrounds, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
Qualifications
• Active Washington state Medical Assistant certification (MA-C).
• Valid AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
• Completion of TB test as part of onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills and dedication to patient-centric care.
