Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Perform clinical tasks like phlebotomy, vital sign checks, and rapid testing at the point of care.
• Handle front-office duties such as patient reception, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and processing referrals.
• Provide support for back-office tasks to maintain clinic efficiency and organization.
• Participate in rotations across functions to gain broad expertise in clinical, testing, and administrative areas.
• Engage positively with patients from various backgrounds to create a supportive and welcoming environment.
Requirements
• Valid Washington State Medical Assistant certification (MA-C).
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in phlebotomy.
• Completion of TB testing during onboarding.
• Effective communication skills and a sincere dedication to patient-centered care.
