Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Between 6 and 10 years of experience in areas such as chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or production engineering.
• Experience with batch or continuous chemical processing, along with OSHA PSM familiarity.
• Hands-on approach to engineering, problem-solving, and implementing improvements.
• Leadership experience, capable of managing a small technical team.
• Ability to lead and guide engineers while being involved in process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills across various departments and levels.
