Responsibilities:
Lead production activities across the plant, supervising lines and staff to maximize efficiency. Drive positive change to establish a top-tier manufacturing process.
Reduce waste and production expenses by managing profit and loss, while optimizing output and profitability.
Engage with customers as necessary to maintain relationships and ensure timely order fulfillment with high quality standards.
