INFLUENCE IN ROLE
The Primary Coordinator collaborates across departments, primarily with Operations, to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the Supply Chain. This includes master scheduling, inventory management, work order prioritization, and adherence to contractual obligations and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage supply chain deadlines to meet customer expectations and contractual obligations.
- Ensure accuracy of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) signals for seamless production and inventory management.
- Collaborate with Operations and Production to address issues and maintain manufacturing efficiency.
- Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate risks to delivery timelines.
- Handle end-of-life inventory and new product implementations.
- Use data to provide insights and analytics to leadership.
- Lead improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP and maintain 5S Standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and ISO procedures.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in global production/manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle EBS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
