Key Responsibilities
You will have a crucial role in the monthly accounting close process while working closely with the Controller and Finance team on various accounting tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare and post journal entries for various accounting transactions.
Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations for key accounts.
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting activities.
Maintain fixed asset schedules and related accounting records.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.
Review and approve employee expense reports.
Support financial, tax, and audit processes.
Assist with onboarding new partners and other accounting projects.
Participate in cross-training and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Approximately 1-3 years of corporate accounting experience
Experience with general ledger accounting and other key functions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
Effective communication skills
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow
