• Minimum of 8 years of public accounting experience specializing in tax, including corporate, partnership, individual, trusts and estate planning, and resolving intricate tax issues.
• Preference for experience in Manufacturing, Auto Dealership, or Construction industries
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with various accounting software
• Strong time management skills and the capacity to collaborate with internal team members and clients
• CPA or law degree required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to offer innovative and proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for individuals and businesses
• Expertise in individual and business tax returns, particularly focused on flow through entities

• Ensure client and team satisfaction through open communication, meeting deadlines, and sharing tax savings strategies
• Collaborate with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and staff on client management, professional development, and business growth initiatives
• Oversee and guide associate and senior associate team members to effectively manage deadlines on client engagements
• Build skills to attract new clients, market services, and expand business with existing clients
• Stay informed of legislative and professional changes, and consult with clients on potential implications
• Engage in networking events for client development and represent the firm in the business community
• Exhibit ongoing dedication to the Firm's Culture and Values, as well as Client Service Principles
• Demonstrate communication, intuition, and resourcefulness to inspire others to develop these skills
