• 4+ years prior experience in public accounting focusing on tax including corporate, partnership, individual, trusts, estate planning, and resolving intricate tax matters.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with various accounting software systems.

• Strong time management skills and the capacity to collaborate efficiently with internal teams and clients.

• Must hold a CPA or law degree.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with clients and firm members to offer inventive and proactive business and individual tax planning, consultation, and compliance services promptly and efficiently.

• Specialize in both business and individual tax returns, with emphasis on flow through entities.

• Ensure overall client and team satisfaction via transparent communication, deadline management, and sharing tax-saving strategies proactively.

• Collaborate with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and staff on client engagement, professional growth, and business development efforts.

• Lead and supervise associate and senior associate team members to handle responsibilities and deadlines for client engagements.

• Develop expertise to draw in new clients, promote the company's products and services, and aid in expanding business with existing clients.

• Stay updated on legislative changes and consult with clients on potential impacts.

• Participate in client development through networking events and represent the firm professionally in the business community.

• Show continuous dedication to the Firm's Culture and Values and Client Service Principles.

• Demonstrate communication skills, intuition, and resourcefulness that inspire others to develop and enhance similar skills.
