Manufacturing and Shipping Assistant
The Production & Fulfillment Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations in production, fulfillment, and inventory at our Cornelius, NC location.

Duties
- Complete product assembly and packaging to meet quality standards
- Ensure accurate and timely packing of customer orders
- Restock warehouse materials to maintain production efficiency
- Receive, organize, and store incoming supplies
- Support inventory counts and keep inventory areas orderly
- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient workspaces
- Learn various aspects of operations, including production, fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse
- Identify ways to enhance organization, efficiency, and workflow
- Collaborate with a team that values accountability, reliability, and skill
