Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Controls Engineer specializing in Motion Control for our Germantown, WI location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing control systems to optimize the performance of motion control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop control strategies and algorithms to improve motion control performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems into existing processes

- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving control system issues

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

- Proficiency in programming PLCs and HMIs

- Strong understanding of PID control and motion control principles

Additional Requirements:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Prior experience in industrial automation is a plus
