Desired Candidate Profile
· Experienced hospice sales leader with a proven record managing referral-development teams or community liaisons.
· Mandatory expertise in hospice service sales, field coaching, census growth, account management, and referral-source development.
· Seeking a proactive leader to collaborate with local sales and operational teams to implement sales strategies.
· Ability and willingness to dedicate considerable time in targeted markets to support growth activities.
Role Responsibilities
· Lead field sales efforts for hospice community liaisons in designated New Mexico areas.
· Provide guidance, training, and support to sales personnel on target account management, referral patterns, and census enhancement.
· Monitor sales activities, visit frequencies, key metrics, and referral trends.
· Collaborate with operations and regional sales leaders to devise and implement market-specific sales plans.
· Aid in the recruitment, orientation, and progression of new sales positions pertinent to expansion or augmentation.
· Stay abreast of market dynamics, competition, and potential referral-source avenues.
Prerequisites
· Prior leadership experience in hospice sales is highly preferred.
· Minimum of four years in healthcare sales/community liaison roles and at least two years in sales management is desired or required as stated above.
· Thorough comprehension of hospice regulations is essential.
· Demonstrated success in expanding local or regional patient counts.
· Proficiency in managing sales accountability, metrics, and team advancement at field level.
· Extensive knowledge of Albuquerque and/or Las Cruces markets is highly beneficial.
· Proven track record of stable performance and dependable work history.
· Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and access to reliable transportation are requisite.
Experience
· Four years of healthcare sales/community liaison experience and at least two years of sales management experience are mandatory or highly preferred.
