Role

The Oracle Developers will play a key role in supporting the company's expanding Oracle Fusion/Utilities setup. This hands-on position involves enterprise application development, configuration, integration, reporting, data management, troubleshooting, and ongoing application maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Develop and manage integrations, extensions, reports, and data extractions.
• Support data activities such as conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
• Work with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and ensure system reliability.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners for knowledge transfer and ongoing application support.

Location: This position is based on-site in Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH. Consideration will be given to candidates in all three locations, with relocation assistance available for non-local hires.

Background Profile

We seek an experienced enterprise applications professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP environment.

Required Background:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application development or systems analysis, preferably in utilities, energy, finance, or regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a similar enterprise ERP platform, including enterprise implementations and acquisitions.
• Professional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Customer systems, operational systems, or related areas.
• Experience in application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. US work authorization without sponsorship required.
• Local candidates or those willing to relocate upon hire.
