An opportunity is available at a stunning 550-unit complex in West Bloomfield for a Property Operations Supervisor at a senior or district level. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a minimum of 300 apartment units with 6 direct reports, and familiarity with renovating older units. The compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and a matching 401k.

• Knowledge working with substantial properties of 300+ units
• The property is a sizable townhome community, prior exposure to rehabilitating properties strongly desired
• Compensation includes quarterly bonus potential of 0-10% of quarterly earnings; dependent on property performance
• 30% discount on-site housing available, along with quarterly renewal incentive opportunities
• Experience managing a substantial team of 6+ individuals is necessary
• CAM certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum of 2+ years in a District Manager, Regional position, or extensive experience as a Senior Property Manager
