Duties

• Address objections during the sales process.
• Create a sense of urgency to encourage purchases.
• Document all potential buyers with accurate information and follow up regularly.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing expectations during the purchase stage.
• Guide buyers through the entire process from mortgage approval to home selection and construction to closing.
• Offer support and training to team members to enhance overall sales performance.
• Use proven sales techniques to understand buyer needs, budget, and timeline.
• Showcase the value of our homes by detailing our construction process and how it meets buyer requirements.
• Evaluate buyers' financial qualifications and explain available financing options.
