PROJECT MANAGER / Site-Superintendent for Custom Home Construction

LOCATION: PETERSBURG VA !

Salary: $100K+ ANNUALLY ( including Base Salary DOE; Home Bonus; Car/Phone stipend; plus other benefits (Paid time off, Health Insurance, 401(k); etc)

They operate in 50 locations across 11 states and collaborate directly with local customers to construct custom homes in the mid-range market.

Your Duties:

• Constant communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction
• Management of construction sites from the initial design phase, through subcontractor selection & contract negotiations to safety regulations and final inspections.
• Monitoring budgets and controlling project expenses.

Requirements

• Applicants should have experience in new residential construction from the ground up
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously (typically 8-10 projects)
• Must have a proven track record of successful site management & project leadership in Custom Home Construction for 4-5+ years.
• Good skills in team-building & excellent communication with clients/owners.
