Lead Project Supervisor

Position Summary

As a Lead Project Supervisor, your versatile role involves strategic project management and coordination. You will oversee core projects related to Information Technology and Infrastructure Enhancements, collaborating seamlessly with IT, sales, marketing, and other crucial business areas. Your responsibilities encompass strategic project planning, milestone tracking, and alignment with organizational goals. Effective cross-functional collaboration is vital as you manage project activities across teams. You will provide project performance reports using key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain transparent communication. Your organizational skills and efficient resource allocation ensure successful project outcomes. Join our team in shaping the future of our dynamic organization.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

While this position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, leadership skills are required to lead project teams effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management Requirements:

  • Execute all tasks in accordance with company guidelines
  • Manage and communicate all assigned projects
  • Ensure successful completion of critical digital and/or web projects for the company
  • Lead all projects to completion within set time and budget
  • Collaborate with regional leads and core departments in different time zones to efficiently manage global projects
  • Create templates for project organization and procedures
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT and the business
  • Create essential project timelines
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Build relationships with stakeholders
  • Gather and report information and data regularly
  • Foster inter-department communication and coordination
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions
  • Become proficient in the use of Project Management Software

Other:

  • Complete all company training and adhere to established policies and procedures
  • Perform any other assigned duties

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience required
  • PMI certification preferred
  • Demonstrated success in delivering technology, software, digital, and/or web projects
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools is essential
  • Ability to deliver projects using various methodologies, including waterfall and Agile
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities and cultures
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions in a team environment
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Comfortable adapting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the year
