Responsibilities of Senior Auditor:

• Responsible for ensuring that engagements are completed and ready for review by the manager within the allocated timeframe and budget, in compliance with quality control policies
• Cultivate effective working relationships with clients, conduct collaborative meetings, and consistently demonstrate professionalism
• Identify and propose internal control enhancements, including operational efficiency improvements, for the Client
• Proactively address client concerns, escalating issues as necessary
• Maintain current knowledge of audit industry practices and consistently apply best practices
• Effectively manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Use independent judgment to make decisions related to engagements
• Mentor and train Interns, Associates, and other Senior Associates to foster their career development
• Maintain a positive attitude, which is reflected in work and noticed by others; provide motivation to colleagues

Qualifications for Senior Auditor:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• CPA or EA (in progress is a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years of auditing experience in a public accounting firm
