We are seeking an experienced and talented Head ENT Surgeon to lead our team in Sayre, PA. As the head of our ENT practice, you will have the opportunity to advance patient care, promote academic excellence, and foster team development. We are looking for a board-certified, fellowship-trained Otolaryngologist with a minimum of five years of experience. Your role will involve mentoring junior staff and faculty, as well as demonstrating a strong commitment to clinical service and program growth.

In this position, you will be leading a well-established and high-volume ENT practice. You will have sub-specialty support in areas such as Head & Neck, Rhinology, Otology, and comprehensive care for pediatric patients. Our skilled team of advanced practice providers will support you in both outpatient and surgical services. You will have access to modern facilities, including recently remodeled ICU, ED, and OR spaces equipped with robotic surgical access. Our health system is recognized as a 10-Star system with a robust Epic-based EHR, placing us in the top 1% of Epic organizations nationwide.

We offer a highly competitive base salary ranging from $480,000 to $530,000. Alongside the salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and disability insurance. We provide malpractice coverage with tail, and our RVU model is supported by an extensive internal referral network. Additionally, you will enjoy generous paid time off and reimbursement for licensure fees. If you need to relocate, we will provide assistance of up to $15,000 to help make the transition smooth.
