We are currently seeking a Claims Paralegal to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting attorneys in the handling of insurance claims. This position involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients regarding their claims.

Responsibilities

The Claims Paralegal will be responsible for gathering and organizing evidence for claims, preparing discovery requests, and assisting in case preparation for trials. Additionally, they will be tasked with maintaining accurate records and files related to claims, as well as assisting in settlement negotiations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years working in a law firm setting. They must possess strong research and writing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
