Electronics Sales Leader

Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to travel extensively, including both domestic and international locations, up to 50% of the time
  • Base salary of 140k plus commission
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for designated Business Unit to drive sustainable growth in sales and earnings
  • Identify target markets, applications, and unmet needs to enhance value proposition
  • Lead cross-functional team in executing business plan, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues
  • Maintain accurate sales projections and product demand forecasts
  • Manage pricing to optimize value realization and maintain quoting records
  • Work with Finance to ensure effective receivables management
  • Manage and train sales associates, establish performance expectations, and conduct annual reviews
  • Prioritize safety, associate well-being, product stewardship, and environmental practices
  • Mentor associates on organizational values and standards
  • Negotiate and implement confidentiality, development, and supply agreements
  • Maintain sales responsibility for strategic accounts and projects
  • Improve sales systems, practices, and tools to achieve functional excellence
  • Develop marketing and communications program to support business objectives
  • Elevate organizational standards through innovative selling and marketing techniques
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, scientific, or engineering discipline
  • 7-10+ years of experience in sales and/or business management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and exceed sales goals
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to implement key strategic initiatives
  • Expertise in value-selling and business financials
  • Proficiency in various computer software
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time
