Job Description

Leads and manages the everyday operations of the district to drive sales growth and attract customers. Achieves profitability and maintains high operational standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Sets and attains goals and objectives.


  • Enhances market share in the district by increasing company sales and customer count through effective management of General Managers.
  • Focuses on enhancing the customer experience to deliver on the Brand promise.
  • Maximizes profit objectives for the district and individual locations. Provides leadership and guidance to subordinates in achieving their profit targets.
  • Recruits and develops talented employees across all locations to meet leadership and staffing objectives, including retention goals. Implements recognition and rewards programs based on performance. Ensures employees have growth development plans.

Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, Experience:

  • Experienced leader in a District Manager position within the retail, restaurant, or similar customer-facing industry.
  • Proficient in P&L management and budgeting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • No travel required.
