Construction Supervisor

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for managing all construction operations at the Franklin site and overseeing the field staff to ensure the successful completion of the project within the designated timeframe and budget while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure project workflow aligns with schedule and budget
* Communicate project priorities to subcontractors
* Identify and resolve issues to ensure project milestones are met
* Ensure adherence to plans and specifications to maintain quality standards
* Develop and manage project schedules
* Oversee final punch out and project completion
* Proficient in reading and interpreting building plans
* Cultivate positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
* Promote and enforce job site safety measures
* Availability for regional travel as required
* Oversee projects of varying sizes, including commercial retail, shopping centers, medical offices, restaurants, and mixed-use developments

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of on-site supervision experience in commercial construction
* Prior experience in ground-up commercial projects ranging from $1-3 million
* Strong background in tenant improvement and interior construction
* College degree preferred but not required
* Reliable transportation preferred, but not mandatory (Company truck provided if necessary)
