This role is ideal for a Construction Supervisor who wants to transition to the owner’s side and has a track record of successful management and delivery of construction projects. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing the construction progress, managing changes during the construction process, and ensuring all additional tasks and communication necessary for a successful project are completed. Additionally, the supervisor ensures the company’s and client’s goals for systems and vendors are met to achieve the desired end result.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor the progress of multifamily construction projects.
- Manage the change order process during construction.
- Coordinate and oversee owner-requested changes during construction.
- Coordinate the delivery process between Construction and the operator.
Act as the primary communication link between Construction and the operator for the following:
