Job Description: Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations and manage staff.
  • Develop growth strategies and establish goals.
  • Monitor budgets and optimize expenses.
  • Implement policies and create efficient processes.
  • Ensure productive work environment and promote professional development.
  • Manage recruitment and training of new employees.
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
  • Oversee employee assessment process.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide solutions to various issues, such as profit decline, employee conflicts, and loss of business to competitors.
  • Implement control points in manufacturing processes using inspection plans and quality specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on daily activities and address questions or issues.
  • Monitor factory orders and ensure on-time delivery.


  • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in highly detailed work.
  • Ability to deliver quality work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with quality improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100A.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in using key quality and manufacturing performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements.


BS in Business, Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Alternatively, 6-10 years of technical work experience in electronics manufacturing or engineering.


Previous experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing environments.

  • 3-5+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
