• Admission and good standing with California Bar
• JD from accredited law school
• 3 – 10 years litigation experience
• Independent drive and initiative
• Excellent research and writing skills, including significant experience with law and motion
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Trial experience

As a Legal Disputes Lawyer, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of a case from initiation to termination
• Developing and implementing case strategies
• Managing case deadlines
• Handling Court appearances, depositions, and all other case contact
• Effectively communicating (oral and written) with clients, opposing counsel, court, and all others involved in a matter
• Ethically and efficiently tracking and billing time

This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $130,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year. The benefits package includes:
