Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative engineer to join our team as a System Test Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities including laboratory management, conducting bench and aircraft tests, and providing support to the Systems Testing Department. We are looking for individuals with a high level of initiative and proactivity, as well as the ability to adapt to an operational and reactive environment. Collaboration and teamwork are essential qualities for success in this role.


Candidates should have a Master’s level education in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.


A minimum of 5 years of experience and comprehensive knowledge of System Test engineering and/or System Integration is required for this role. Hands-on system test experience with an assembly/process development and equipment related background is also necessary.


In this role, you will provide direct support to the Systems Testing Department, fulfilling various responsibilities and support activities. Key requirements for this position include:

– Supporting the execution of functional testing of systems in the lab and on the aircraft.

– Analyzing data obtained during the testing phase and evaluating if it conforms to test requirements.

-Following up on detected discrepancies and verifying the implemented solution.

– Supporting test planning and documentation, including the generation of test procedures, work orders, and results reports.

– Supporting configuration control activities in the lab, including inventory management and calibrations.

– Attending meetings and participating in the design and implementation of processes in the department.


To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge of aeronautical or industrial instrumentation, networks, and communication protocols. Experience with programming or scripting languages such as C, Python, TCL, and Matlab is a plus. Knowledge of aircraft systems and a requirements management tool such as DOORS or Polarion is also desirable. In addition, we are looking for candidates who have enthusiasm for technical challenges and problem solving.

Soft Skills

In addition to technical qualifications, we are seeking candidates with strong teamwork and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop, maintain, and report on project plans and status are also important. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and possess good analytical and technical problem-solving skills. Strong technical writing skills are necessary for documenting and updating assembly work instructions, quality system procedures, and engineering protocols and reports. Comfort working with and around mechanical and electrical tools and equipment is also required.
