Administrative Coordinator

Prior experience collaborating with certified public accountants (CPA).

Aptitude for scheduling and coordinating Drivers.

Competence in issuing work orders.

Exemplary customer service skills and amiable demeanor, displaying patience towards clients.

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and team members.

Maintaining meticulous truck maintenance records and ensuring compliance.

Driven and motivated to expand the business and ensure contentment of both clients and co-workers.

We provide paid holidays and vacations. Salary range is determined by experience, ranging from $55k to $75k.
