Maintenance Pro


To support maintenance by ensuring continuous operation through their expertise in logic and problem-solving.

  4. Assist the Controls Engineer with installation projects.
  5. Troubleshoot various manufacturing machinery.
  6. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
  7. Troubleshoot ControlLogix/GuardLogix programs.
  8. Make necessary modifications to existing equipment.
  9. Troubleshoot Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet, PROFIBUS, and Pilz systems.
  10. Maintain FactoryTalk View Studio HMI projects.
  11. Help troubleshoot robots in programming and electrical aspects.
  12. Troubleshoot Beckhoff and twin-cat programs, provide maintenance technicians with job knowledge.
  13. Support controls-related issues during shifts and assist multi-craft maintenance technicians.
  14. Troubleshoot electrical and program-related problems.
  15. Maintain electrical cabinet, organized prints, cabinet filtration, and wire routing in Panduit.
  16. Manage wire storage for the department.


These qualifications are the minimum requirements for the position. Employees must possess the necessary skills and abilities to perform the duties effectively.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Technical college degree or 5 years of on-the-job training in skilled trade preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Operate standard office equipment.
  • General knowledge of industrial maintenance with emphasis on electrical, mechanical, or controls.
  • Strong mathematical and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics.
  • Experience with testing and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Familiarity with rigging, cranes, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic drafting skills (blueprint reading, dimension drawings, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of AUTOCAD.
