Leading the Facilities Engineering, CMMS/AS department in Columbus, OH by:

  • Supporting team members in their daily tasks.
  • Providing guidance and feedback to ensure goal achievement.
  • Maintaining and managing the Maximo system for maintenance documentation.
  • Creating and monitoring the annual Capital and R/M budget and business plans.
  • Supervising projects and contractors for timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Managing the phone system and communication contracts.
  • Oversight of the Security/Production camera system.
  • Enforcing work standards and practices.

Representing the company positively in the community.

Ensuring company and facility engineering needs are met for smooth operations.

Promoting cost savings through utility savings programs.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes.
