BizDev Expert


The BizDev Expert will create, execute, lead, and enhance the business development strategy, plans, and procedures to drive company revenue, expand customer base, increase product penetration, and secure new business opportunities.

As a member of the company’s leadership team, the BizDev Expert will contribute to a culture of integrity, ownership, innovation, and urgency. Together with the team, they will strive to exceed the expectations of customers, suppliers, employees, and shareholders.


  • Develop and refine the vision, strategies, goals, and objectives of the sales group.
  • Increase company revenue and gross margin sustainably.
  • Diversify the markets served and reduce dependence on the largest customer.
  • Negotiate business relationships, contracts, pricing, and awards.
  • Analyze and improve profitable and low-margin business.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers on engineering changes, takeover work, and new programs.
  • Collaborate with the Controller on budgeting and forecasting.


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated experience in winning new customers, expanding product lines, and growing metal stamping businesses.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of stamping, fabricating, and value added markets.
  • Adept at research and analysis of markets, competitors, and business trends.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Plex.
  • Excellent negotiating, relationship building, and team building skills.
  • Strong work ethic and moral principles.
  • Marketing experience.
