A well-established construction company in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor in the field of Commercial Construction. This role involves collaborating with clients and contractors to oversee the design and construction of projects in Middle-TN and throughout the Southeastern Region.

Position Overview:
  • The Construction Project Supervisor will manage and oversee all assigned projects from start to finish.
  • Responsibilities include budgeting, estimating and pricing services, effective communication with clients and subcontractors, conflict resolution, contract writing, and ensuring field operations and safety with the project team.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, and city/county entities is a primary goal of this role.
  • The position is based in the South Nashville TN office, but may require out-of-town travel and work as needed.

Qualifications and Background Profile:
  • A 4-year degree in Construction Management or relevant education is preferred, but not required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related Project Manager role, preferably in commercial or industrial construction.
  • Proficient in understanding building plans and specifications.
  • Experience in Design-Build projects is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and Timberline.
  • Strong team player who can effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter with strong leadership skills and the ability to set goals and tasks.
