Facility Sales Executive

JOB SUMMARY: The Facilities Services Sales Executive will expand the Facility Services Business by generating new, long-term service agreements that include on-site facility management, energy services, and our traditional HVAC & Electrical Assured Service Programs.


  • Identify potential customers who can offer an opportunity to sell a Facility Services Agreement. These may include CEOs, CFOs, or COOs of companies with a space of over 250,000 square feet.
  • Evaluate potential customers to determine if our business approach and timing align with their corporate culture and business situation.
  • Lead a team to determine the work scope, examine financial data, and develop a financial model that demonstrates the cost-effectiveness of this approach. The work scope may generate a capital Energy Services project that connects with the Facility Services Agreement (FSA).
  • When applicable, collaborate with the Energy Services team to create joint opportunities, where Energy Services is commissioned on the capital side of the project while the Facility Services Team Leader is commissioned on the FSA.
  • Present a proposal outlining the FSA program, highlighting the financial and intangible benefits for the Customer.
  • Finalize the Agreement and collaborate with Operations to handle the transition to the FSA.
  • Maintain a relationship with buyers to ensure customer satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
  • Complete relevant Company paperwork for booking, commission, sales forecast, contact management system, etc.
  • Perform other assigned duties.


  • No direct supervisory responsibilities. Only lead an ad-hoc team on a job-by-job basis.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Engineering
  • 10 years’ experience in business-to-business solution sales


  • Must be capable of climbing ladders and walking extensively to survey job sites. Additionally, must possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to commute from the office to the job site.

Salary: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
