Job Profile:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the Innergy app to enterprise-level organizations. The ideal candidate will be a high-achieving and collaborative professional with a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales. They must excel in building strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, driving value for customers, and creating innovative sales strategies.

This role requires a deep understanding of benefits and HR priorities, as the primary target audience is senior HR executives who make buying decisions. The Sales Executive should thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a leader in the sales organization, they will play a crucial role in generating sales opportunities, closing deals, and overseeing client implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in strategic dialogues with enterprise stakeholders to identify customer needs
  • Forge partnerships with client teams to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Develop strategic and channel partnerships, conduct thorough research, identify growth prospects, and implement business plans
  • Proactively drive outbound pipeline generation for the assigned book of business
  • Build trusted relationships with benefits and HR leaders to successfully close deals
  • Conduct extensive research on target accounts to build a territory from the ground up
  • Achieve and exceed closed-won business quotas
  • Maintain accurate and consistent sales activity and revenue forecasts using Salesforce
  • Demonstrate Innergy’s value through tailored presentations to prospective customers
  • Stay informed on market intelligence to provide expert insights to prospects and customers

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in B2B enterprise sales with a focus on subscription-based selling
  • Strong skills in pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and collaboration with the marketing team
  • Proven success in closing large enterprise deals within complex sales cycles
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Excellent track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Resourceful and capable of managing a large strategic sales pipeline
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and outreach
  • Exceptional presentation skills, specifically in selling to VP+ level stakeholders

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in HR/benefits sales
  • Previous experience in subscription-based selling of wellness products

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in closing sales and carrying quotas for B2B products, preferably in the wellness industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience
