Lead Electrical Design Engineer – Power Electronics

  • A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with at least seven years of experience in power electronics design and one year of experience in firmware design, is required for this role.
  • The annual salary for this position can go up to $145,000.
  • Applicants must be either United States citizens or Green Card holders.
  • This is an onsite position, Monday through Friday, with no remote work option.

  • Designing and developing new products
  • Tackling complex electrical and electronic engineering problems
  • Analyzing and designing circuits
  • Creating PCB designs
  • Developing embedded software
  • Managing projects
  • Providing support to sales, marketing, and customers
  • Delivering training
  • Traveling up to 10% of the time, primarily out of state
  • Conducting prototyping and field/lab testing
  • Documenting work and communicating findings verbally and in writing

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • At least seven years of experience in power electronics design
  • At least one year of experience in embedded design
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
