HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes at this manufacturing location. They will support business needs and implement the company’s strategy and objectives. This position is responsible for driving employee engagement and implementing initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.

· Identify opportunities to enhance organizational capability and promote a culture that aligns with the business strategy.

· Assess the gap between current and desired organizational performance and implement actions to bridge the gap.

· Provide coaching and consulting to business leaders on effective performance management strategies.

· Offer advice on employee relations matters.

· Serve as an advocate for employee communication.

· Assist the HR and leadership team in their communication efforts.

· Provide guidance to business leaders on human resource management policies, processes, and systems.

· Lead and direct the HR team.

· Attract applicants externally and internally through social media, job fairs, advertisements, and networking.

· Collaborate with management to determine position requirements and develop desired qualifications for compensation evaluation.

·Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal legal requirements in business processes.

· Promote ethical behavior and uphold company core values throughout the organization.

· Oversee compensation programs and ensure they align with corporate policies.

· Promote positive employee relations and engagement.

· Lead talent acquisition plans based on short and long-term business needs.

Champion change management through collaboration and effective communication.


· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Minimum 5 years of progressive HR professional experience

· Ability to comprehend, create, interpret, and clearly communicate policies.

· Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.

· Demonstrates discretion, able to handle sensitive and confidential materials, and possesses good business judgment.

· Knowledge of US employment laws and ability to apply legal concepts to real-world situations.
