Job Summary:

Global packaging company division seeks a Territory Sales Lead for their Southern California location. This position is responsible for managing a 14-state territory and reports to the Vice President/Sales.

Job Details:

  • Base salary of $120,000, plus a 20% bonus.
  • The client is a market leader in closures, capping, and cap handling systems. They cater to the beverage, spirits, wine, food, and pharmaceutical markets. The parent company is a large-scale manufacturer of packaging equipment and materials.
  • The main responsibility of this role is to maintain and generate new sales, aiming to establish long-term customer relationships and increase revenue. The Territory Sales Lead will proactively develop leads, manage customer relations, and sell capping machinery and cap handling systems within a specific territory, aiming to increase profitability. This position reports to the VP of Sales.
